About BRIGHTCAP GLOBAL

Brightcap Global is a capital advisory firm focused on structuring and arranging debt and capital solutions for real estate and corporate transactions across Canada.

We advise borrowers, sponsors, and operators on acquisitions, development, refinancing, and complex financing situations, with a focus on aligning capital structures with transaction objectives and long-term strategy.

Our role extends beyond sourcing capital. We position opportunities for market, engage appropriate lenders and capital partners, and manage execution through closing.

Our Approach

Brightcap Global operates with an advisory-first approach, combining disciplined underwriting, thoughtful structuring, and targeted lender engagement.

We work across conventional and alternative capital sources, including banks, credit unions, private lenders, debt funds, and institutional investors, ensuring each transaction is aligned with the most appropriate financing solution.

Our focus is on clarity, execution, and long-term alignment — not just access to capital, but how that capital is structured and delivered.
